Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how deposits, refunds, and rescheduling work at Just Smile Miami.

Deposit

Your deposit reserves the doctor's time, secures your promotional price, and schedules your first appointment.

Refunds

• You have 24 hours from the time you send your deposit to request a full refund.
• After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable, without exception.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment as long as you give us at least 48 hours' notice in advance.

Financing

If you finance your treatment and the lender requires an initial payment, it must be paid on the day of your first appointment by debit or credit card only. Applicable taxes apply when the full treatment cost is financed.

Additional treatment

If additional dental work is needed (for example, root canals, extractions, cavity repair, or implants), those procedures carry separate fees and will increase the total cost accordingly.
