We're at 4017 SW 152nd Ave, Miami, FL 33185, in West Miami-Dade, with everything, including our on-site lab, under one roof. We serve Kendall, Westchester, Doral, Coral Gables, and patients traveling from across the country.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Need a weekend or after-hours visit? Call us and we'll do our best, especially for out-of-town patients.
